Project Scope & Approval

Before starting a project, Taskraft Digital may provide a proposal, quotation or project plan describing the agreed scope, deliverables, timelines and commercial terms.

Requests outside the agreed scope may be treated as additional work and may result in additional fees or revised timelines.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in the applicable proposal, quotation, invoice or service agreement.

• Invoices must be paid according to the agreed payment schedule.
• Work may commence after receipt of the applicable advance or initial payment.
• Payments for work already commenced are generally non-refundable.
• Delayed payments may result in suspension of work.
• Additional work outside the agreed scope may be billed separately.
• Applicable taxes and transaction charges may be payable by the client.

Client Responsibilities

Successful projects require timely collaboration between Taskraft Digital and the client.

• Provide accurate and complete project information.
• Provide required content, brand assets and approvals on time.
• Review and approve deliverables within agreed timelines.
• Provide clear and consolidated feedback.
• Ensure supplied materials can legally be used.
• Obtain required rights, licences and permissions for client-supplied materials.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, intellectual property rights relating to creative concepts, designs, strategies, proposals, source materials and other work created by Taskraft Digital remain with Taskraft Digital until all applicable payments have been received.

Upon full payment, ownership or usage rights for agreed final deliverables will be transferred to the client to the extent specified in the relevant project agreement.

Third-party software, stock assets, fonts, plugins, templates, licensed technology and other third-party materials remain subject to their respective ownership and licensing terms.

Content & Client Materials

The client remains responsible for the legality, accuracy and ownership of materials supplied to Taskraft Digital.

This may include logos, images, videos, text, trademarks, music, data, documents and other intellectual property.

The client confirms that it has the necessary rights and permissions to provide such materials for use in the project.

Revisions & Changes

Each project may include a defined number of revisions depending on the applicable proposal or service agreement.

Requests involving substantial changes to the approved direction, additional functionality, new deliverables or significant changes to the original scope may be treated as additional work.

Third-Party Services

Taskraft Digital may use third-party platforms, software and technologies to provide or support our Services.

Third-party platforms operate independently and may change their features, policies, pricing, algorithms, availability or functionality.

Digital Marketing & Performance

Digital marketing, advertising, SEO, social media and influencer campaigns can be affected by numerous factors outside the direct control of Taskraft Digital.

We therefore do not guarantee specific search rankings, traffic, leads, followers, engagement, sales, revenue, advertising results, media coverage or conversion rates.

We use reasonable professional efforts to deliver the agreed Services, but results may vary depending on market conditions, competition, audience behaviour, platform changes, budgets and other external factors.

Confidentiality

Both Taskraft Digital and the client may receive confidential or proprietary information during an engagement.

Each party agrees to use reasonable care to protect confidential information and not disclose it to unauthorised third parties except where disclosure is authorised, legally required or reasonably necessary for professional advisers or service providers.

Cancellation & Termination

Either party may request termination of a project subject to the terms of the applicable agreement.

• The client may be responsible for work completed up to the termination date.
• Approved third-party costs already incurred may remain payable.
• Non-refundable advances or deposits may not be refundable where work has commenced.
• Outstanding invoices remain payable.
• Deliverables may be subject to full payment.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Taskraft Digital will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from the use of our Services.

This may include losses relating to revenue, profits, business opportunities, data, reputation, expected savings or third-party platform performance.

Website Use

You agree to use taskraft.digital lawfully and responsibly.

• Do not attempt unauthorised access to our systems.
• Do not introduce malicious software or harmful code.
• Do not interfere with website functionality.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
